For Exclusive Marketing and Full Management, the minimum period of the contract is one year. Why? Branding usually takes 12-18 months to start outperforming competitors, so profits are highest in the second and third years. Shorter contracts mean missing out on future benefits, but you can cancel within the first three months with Exclusive Marketing, which is a fair choice for most of our property partners.
