Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

  • The Early Bird Campaign is valid for bookings made directly through our official website, WhatsApp, or designated booking platforms.
  • Offer is applicable for stays booked 30 days in advance from the check-in date.

Campaign Period:

  • The campaign is valid for bookings made between 1 January and 31 January.
  • Stays must be completed by 19 December 2025.

Discounts and Offers:

  • Discounts or complimentary services included in the campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated.

Deposit and Payment Policy:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking.
  • Full payment must be completed by 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Bookings made under the Early Bird Campaign are non-refundable.
  • Date changes may be allowed depending on availability but must be requested at least 30 days before the check-in date.
  • Any price difference between the original booking and the new stay dates (high & peak season rates) must be paid by the guest.
  • Only one reschedule request is allowed per booking.

Exclusions:

  • This offer does not apply to previously confirmed bookings.
  • Blackout dates may apply, including but not limited to (high & peak season rates).

Minimum Stay Requirements:
