This place was amazing, rooms were incredible, cleaners in every morning, and for a small fee they would cook as well, close to everything you needed. Only down fall, pool was bore water and and needed chlorine as water was going a little brown. But ... This is a private property for rental.It has 5 bedrooms housed in 3 blocks with a private swimming pool and greens surrounding the property. There is also TV and reading room,a kitchen and dinning area. Even though it is not a hotel but we got all the services offered by any good hotel.Early each morning the caretakers will come to cook breakfast, tidy up the compound and housekeeping. The lady cook Kantun can really whip up a very good breakfast.We can cook by ourselves in the well equipped kitchen or have our meals catered by the staff. The children enjoyed themselves running around the garden and frolicking in the pool and the adults were so relaxed not fearing the children will get lost.Most of the furniture used were antiques.

We’re checking out today and wish we could stay longer! A stunning quiet oasis with pool, jungle, and gorgeous rooms. Kanton and Wayan were so lovely and helpful - we’ll be back.

Went for our first Christmas in Bali and decided to do the Villa thing with the family instead of a hotel, we have decided we prefer the Villa life as its more quiet, no need to fight for pool lounges or the kids getting in trouble for being loud and... Went for our first Christmas in Bali and decided to do the Villa thing with the family instead of a hotel, we have decided we prefer the Villa life as its more quiet, no need to fight for pool lounges or the kids getting in trouble for being loud and splashing around in the pool. Though we did miss having a swim up bar, but solved this by using "Digger Brings" to deliver an assortment of beverages. Spacious, clean, nature. Amenities and rooms were great, aircon and fans, all rooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. Pool was great and the addition of a rented pool fence and pool slide was easy and efficient for safety and fun. Pool man even visited to maintain the pool and chlorine. Staff were wonderful and friendly and made us feel safe. They were there on the dot for 7am to start cleaning and very quietly. For a small price they will cook and serve breakfast to you. They go get the groceries and everything. Was so fresh and yummy. Even had no issues with the special request for pancakes one day. Once breakfast was over, they would clean the villa rooms and amenities everyday. You can call staff in to get a selection of spa treatments/massages which was soooooo good. There is also a menu that you can ask for a chef to cater to you. We arranged catering for Christmas day lunch and it was AMAZING. If smellovision was real it would put you in food coma. The menu selection was good though we changed it a little to suit our family's food tastes, mix of Indonesian and western food for the kids. Thanks Chef Made!! Location rated lower due to it being a bit hard to find at first and a little out of the way from the places we wanted to shop at but that was our own choice. Highly recommend for mixed families of all ages.

We stayed at villa Koyama for 4 nights in Seminyak Location is good — walkable from the Main Street However the service n hospitality of the place is zero 1) there is an electricity budget - which if consumed they cut of our electricity. The budget gets over if we keep the air conditioner on for few hours in the rooms. The manager apparently mentioned this to us - but there was NO communication on this. When asked he said it must have slipped. So our electricity was cut on the last night at 1 am when kids were sleeping in the rooms! We called him up and he made us pay for buying the electricity cards to recharge electricity 2) we were promised an airport transfer as part of the villa package. However after reaching the airport the taxi person asked us for cash and when we called the manager he refused saying we need to pay for the transfer. 3)the pool is very small and not suitable for more than 3-4 people 4) zero service as no one was in the villa to cater to our needs However Location is good and rooms are neat
